Happy First Day of Winter!

Hi, everyone! I hope you’re all keeping safe, happy and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

For various reasons, it’s been a while since I blogged. But I hope to do better in the new year. I received a most unwelcome early Christmas gift, by the name of Covid. Thankfully, the vaccines must have worked because I was only feverish for a couple of days, and now if my sinuses would clear, I should be as good as new!

I wish for each and every one of you
the warmth of a memorable Holiday Season,
and an abundance of peace and prosperity in the New Year.
Looking forward to connecting with you all again in 2023!

❤️❤️❤️

  1. I don’t think any of us are going to escape Covid, Jennifer, no matter how careful we are. I was a victim in November, and I never go anywhere! I’m glad you’re on your way back to good health. It takes a while. And wonderful winter photos. Brrr. Stay warm and enjoy the views. Happy New Year.

    1. Hi, Diana. Funny thing is Paul only had a sore throat and no fever at all. In any case, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I’ve heard of people who were fully vaccinated and were much sicker than I was.
Happy you like the photos! Have a wonderful 2023. 😘

    1. Thank you, Annika. I wish the same for you and your loved ones. So glad you love the photos! As for the cats, dear little Maisie (the brown one) passed on in 2019, but I like seeing them together again. Vivian is still going strong at 15 and a half. 🙂

  3. So glad you didn’t get too sick, Jennifer. We just had Covid in November, and it was about the same for me, although my congestion was worse than the Gardener’s. Hoping you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year.

  4. So glad the vaccines did their magic, but I still hope you feel 100% very soon, Jennifer. Seeing the girls again warms my heart. Hugs to Miss Vivian from my crew. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you!

    1. Thanks, Lois. That’s the thing about the holidays for me, it always makes me reminisce about loved ones who are no longer with us. And Maisie is high on the list. Merry Christmas to you and your crew too, my friend! xo 💕
