Reflections on a Good Week

As anyone who follows me regularly can attest, I don’t use this blog too often for shameless self-promotion of my novels.

Please allow me to make an exception for today.

I am on Cloud Nine since Wednesday, when my debut bookΒ Calmer Girls peaked at Number One on the Amazon Canada Bestseller list for Teen Fiction, specifically in the Kindle Store categories of Teen Pregnancy, as well as a peak at Number Two for Dating & Intimacy.

Yay! πŸ˜€

What a nice feeling to hit those numbers.
Thank you, Canada.

***end of self-promo***

I now return you to regularly scheduled programming.
See you on Sunday!

  1. Jennifer, CONGRATULATIONS!! πŸ˜€πŸŽ‰ That is fantastic news and of course you should share this great news with us all! Have you come back to earth yet? I can only imagine what it’s like to see ones book at the top of the charts…cheering for you! πŸ˜€

    1. Thank you, dear Jill. If I can’t toot my horn about something like this, what is the point of a blog? πŸ˜„
Seriously though, I am averse to spamming followers with too much author stuff. My blog is for other creative endeavours and as a social outlet. I appreciate your kind words. xo

  2. Congrats, Jennifer! That’s fantastic. It’s a wonderful feeling, isn’t it? My first book reached #1 in medical thrillers on Amazon after a BookBub promotion. I snapped a picture of it because I knew it was the day that pigs flew. πŸ˜„

Enjoy the ride. You deserve it!
