Jennifer, what a powerful song and images. So true that peace begins inside our heart and home.

This one gets you grooving Jennifer. Although at school we had to sing Morning has Broken so many times I can’t listen to it even now.

Ha ha! I can see why. Did you know it was a hymn? He didn’t write it.

I sang plenty of hymns in church as a child, it makes sense as a song now that I know its a hymn.

This is one of my all-time favorite songs! I remember first hearing this song as a child and dancing along to it with my mom. It always brings back fond memories… thanks for sharing 🙂

A pleasure! That song has been played more times on my ipod than you can imagine. It’s a great song to listen to for a power walk.

I used to have such a soft spot for him! Recently saw him at the induction in the Rock ‘n roll of Fame and he was very gracious.

I love this song Jennifer and can distinctly remember how sad I was when Cat Stevens stopped his career. Although I am happy for him to have followed his heart. ❤

Yes, Diana. He had a huge career and traded it in for what he felt was his calling. You have to admire that, but still… ❤

Tea for the Tillerman. I listened to that album so many times as a sophomore in high school that I’m sure every note is seered into my brain.
