Book News!

Hello friends, followers, and my fellow book lovers.
I am pleased to share some news.
My latest novel, The Women of Wild Cove, will be published on September 1st.

Publisher: Running Wild Press

A short synopsis:

After global collapse, the island of Newfoundland in the warming waters of the North Atlantic has survived under female rule. Children are raised by a network of caregivers, guided by the principles of “It Takes a Village.” But the civilization is threatened when its birth rate suddenly stagnates.

THE WOMEN OF WILD COVE is a survival tale of divided loyalties, love and sacrifice, gender equality, and uneasy alliances in a climate-changed world.

At this time, the book is available for pre-order in e-book form only. Here’s the Amazon link.

When the book is officially released on September 1st, the paperback will then become available.

      1. Oh, thank you for reading The Winding Road and letting me know Jennifer! I was fortunate to be treated by the melanoma specialist, and have a caring community to help me through. My daughter was the motivation for me to fight for my life. I’m happy to be a grandma for two lovely girls now. 😍

    1. Thanks for asking that question, Marie. It is futuristic speculative fiction. It could be considered dystopian as well, particularly if you are male. 😀 I saw on one site it was tagged with the young adult genre, but I wouldn’t call it that because of the nature of the plot. It could also be called climate change fiction, as I’ve seen other books choose it as a genre.

    1. Thank you so much, Marie! I so appreciate your support, and I hope you get to review it. I don’t know anyone else with an account there, and didn’t know much about it at all until my publisher shared it. Fingers crossed! 😊💕
