My One and Only

Nearly twenty years ago, I met my person. He came into my life at a time my “inner fire” had gone out, at a time I didn’t think I would ever be truly happy again. He gave me back my smile, made me believe in myself, and has been my best friend ever since.

Sixteen years ago today, I married him.

Thank you, Paul,  for everything you do for me, everything you mean to me, and everything you are. I love you. Happy Anniversary to the man who rekindled my inner spirit and will always be the love of my life.

  12. And many, many more, my friends! Love reading your words, they always seem to evoke a special thought and make me aware of things that I take for granted, just like this one does. My one and only (Harve) has been with me for ~35 years and I can’t imagine life without him! Great to see you a couple of weeks ago, too bad you aren’t closer for a scattered cup of coffee, take care and talk later. BTW, any news on the book? Nikki

    1. Thanks, Nikki! It was great to see you guys too, and I miss those coffees and conversations.

      I’ve recently submitted my manuscript to more publishers and await a response. If and when anything new develops, I will surely blog about it. Stay tuned!
